Our products and prices

We sell handmade Muay Thai gear. Prices are in Thai baht (THB) and may change without notice. Colors and finishes may differ slightly from the photos on screen. We try to keep descriptions accurate, but errors can happen, and we may cancel and refund an order affected by a clear pricing or stock error.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it. Payment by card is processed securely by Stripe. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud, and we will refund any amount you paid.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Safe use

Protective equipment reduces the risk of injury but cannot remove it. Choose the right size, check your gear before every session, and train under proper supervision. You use our products at your own risk.

Intellectual property

The name, logo, photos and content of this website belong to The Honey Badger Muay Thai or its licensors. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
