Returns and Refund Policy

14-day returns

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, if it is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

What cannot be returned

Items that have been used, worn, washed or damaged after delivery cannot be returned for a refund.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp +66 96 226 8002 within the 14 days, with your name, order details and photos of the item. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before we confirm.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. In those cases we cover the return shipping.

Refunds

After we receive and check the returned item, we approve the refund and send it to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to show it. Since shipping is free, there is no shipping charge to refund.

Defective or wrong items

If your item arrives defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Cancelling an order

To cancel an order, message us on WhatsApp before it ships. If it has not shipped, we cancel it and refund you in full.
