Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Thailand.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. The price you see on the site is the price you pay for the items and delivery. All prices are in Thai baht (THB).

Processing time

We prepare and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, Thailand time) after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your country and the carrier. As a guide, orders within Thailand arrive in 2 to 5 business days, and international orders in 7 to 21 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and customs checks can add time.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send you a tracking number on WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices, are collected by your local customs or carrier, and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery address

Please give us a complete and correct address and phone number. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us and we will arrange to send it again.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost, or arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the parcel and items. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund.
